it is a very nice unit, just the wrong size

I ordered a 18ft, and received a 15 ft, it is a very nice unit, just the wrong size. I didn't open the package until today July 29th, I received it on June 7th, so it is to late to return...
More support poles and tie downs.

It sets up and installs as stated, and is made of very good material, also solved our issue. The only thing negative is, it needs at least two or three more support poles and tie downs for the 16' and 20' Canopy Extensions. In order to make it stable with any breeze over 10 miles per hour or rain shower(not talking down pour). We RVers are very aware of our wind mph limits. If you try to make it tight enough to be secure, it puts too much stress on the RV Canopy(I am not the only RVer with this problem). Also there needs to be options available for more support poles and canopy extensions of less than 8 feet wide. Example: 2'?, 4'?, 6'?. Thousands of campsites around the world are not big enough for an 8 foot wide canopy extension. You would definitely sell more!
Yes I would buy it again. I would also recommend to a fellow RVer, with caution and advice.

The straps are heavy duty and the poles are made out of a nice quality extruded aluminum

This canopy is built out of quality products. The straps are heavy duty and the poles are made out of a nice quality extruded aluminum. The entire bit of kit comes in a nice storage bag. The one thing i didn't like is aluminum oxidation from poles rubbed off on the canopy so fresh out of the box I had large gray streaks on the white canopy. I am not storing the poles in the bag as i don't want anymore gray stuff on canopy. As soon as i find something to put the poles in I will throw them into the bag also. If they sort out a better way for packaging or add a seperate pole bag this is easily a 5 star purchase.

A friend of mine just ordered one of your awnings and it showed up with the same grey streaks that mine did a year ago so you obviously are not concerned about customer feedback so therefore i am not going to give you a favorable response as I am sure other customers want a white canopy showing up not a white canopy with large gray streaks on it.
Five Stars
