So far just OK
Ellie6613September 4, 2017
So far, just ok. I am not a hairy person, I just hate shaving, and the laser area is so small that it takes many 'zaps' to cover a small area, but I get that's just how it works. My issue is that after only 4 uses (bi-weekly) my Infini seems to be failing. The last use ended in complete frustration as I put it on the highest output and it zapped maybe 4 times before it quit... and then turned off by itself. I turned it back on and tried again and same thing-- maybe 3 zaps and then it shut off. This happened over and over. What is usually a 15 minute process took 45 since I had to keep turning it back on and letting it warm up. I am a prime candidate for this machine as I'm fair skinned with darker (brown) hair, so this isn't the issue. I don't want to send it back because it came from what appears to be Ethiopia, it cost a lot, and took forever to arrive from across the globe.

Sadly I am afraid my Infini will just completely die before I am able to complete the 12 sessions.
I have very dark thick hair which is actually recommended for the best results

So I've had this product for about 4 months now and I've used it anywhere from once a week to once every two weeks (as recommended). I have very dark thick hair which is actually recommended for the best results. I have priced out hair removal from professionals and I've found it to be extremely expensive so the thought of paying a fraction of the cost for this unit I jumped on the opportunity. Now, even though naturally I was hoping for night and day results (complete hair removal) I must say that I do notice a permanent hair removal in the targeted areas. However, I still struggle to get the results I was hoping for, even though I am still trying. I gave this four stars only because I want others to know that this isn't a overnight procedure and that it takes time, and in my case, over 4 months of time. I may end up editing this review and post pictures of my hair removal as I've started experimenting with hair on one foot versus the other to see the permanent hair loss. As far as my settings, I have cranked this thing up as high as it goes, I shave the targeted areas as recommended, and zap as much as I can. I can smell burnt hair when doing so, so I would assume it is doing something.
While I am enjoying the hair removal that it has already done (about 60% gone on a targeted area about 6"x6") I will still continue to treat that area until I get my hopeful results. I would still recommend this product to others with similar darkness of hair (darkest brown, almost black). And, again, I may edit this review to update my results on other targeted areas.
Amazing results!!

I bought this product back in February and I was skeptical because so many people got this for free and probably wrote fake reviews. I was hoping that it would work though, especially after paying almost 200 bucks. I'm a female but I suffered from a "happy trail" and it wasn't thin hair that grew in, but thicker dark black hair and shaving really just made it worse. I read the instructions that said to space out the sessions every 2 weeks, but I had watched a YouTube video about the product and they said that didn't do that and they used it a couple times a week. So I decided to do that. I used it maybe about 2-3 times a week and holy cow! The hair is gone! It hasn't grown back in for a couple weeks now. I'm so happy with this investment and I would recommend it to anyone! I wish I had a before picture to show but I posted my after picture!

UPDATE: The hair continues to stay gone. No more thick corse hair and the best part is I'll finally feel good in a bikini with the summer months approaching. I'm finally out of flashes and I really got what I paid for. I'm gonna start my bikini line once I order a new light for it. Definitely worth the investment.
Works as Promised

My biggest complaints are that it takes a long time to do a treatment because the light area is fairly small, it's kind of loud, and it's hard to tell which part of the skin I've already treated, so I end up overlapping and missing spots. The biggest pro is that it works. It says it will deliver about an 80% reduction in hair. I've been using it for four months and I'd say that's about right. I still need to do some additional hair removal on the treated areas, but the amount of hair is very significantly reduced. I have very dark hair and fairly light skin. I use this on the highest setting, and it hurts a little for a moment, but not a ton and there's no lasting pain, and I haven't had any other bad side effects.
Great item, but don't give it to your Mother in law. She will make you treat her bikini line

Ok. Y'know that nasty gross hair patch you have, the one that your family and friends all think is Neanderthal, brundlefly, primitive, promoting celibacy, and completely under your radar, but a bright green dot on everyone else's?
You may not be willing to admit it, but you have pubic hair on your forehead. Or arm, Or ears. Or back. Or even near your crotch, for heavens, sake. People who like you stare at it and wonder which one of your parents was a farm animal. People who hate you give you a nickname based on it. Admit it, you have no idea why you haven't been laid in over 6 years.
This thing is the solution.
It's so simple:
1. Shave the area of hirsute shame. Don't pluck it, don't wax it, chill out. Good things take time.
2. Plug the device in. That is a little drawback, but the cord is long enough.
3. Set it from 1 to 5. 5 works best, but you may want to practice for the resultant sensation first by having your spouse or best friend (the person that pointed out your ear pubes in the first place) slap you senseless first. Ok, it doesn't hurt THAT much, but if you are pain averse, stick to setting 3. Setting 5 is a rush if you are a twisted soul that smiles at the idea of a deep anal fissure. Anyway, it only hurts for about 1/2 second, so just shut up and remember, beauty is pain.
4. Hold the device flat to your skin or it won't fire.
5. Work your way around the area sequentially until it has all been treated.
6. repeat every 2 weeks for 4 treatments, then every month until you don't really see much hair anymore.
7. Arrange for some method of birth control.

As I'm sure everyone already knows, this product works best if you have skin similar to Elmers glue in complexion and hair similar to a tire in color and texture. Other mixes will see lessor results.
