This is a very fine product. High Quality and very user friendly. I use this stand for my Banjo and it works great and is very stable. It folds up and stores in a nice little cloth bag. It is all that I would ask for. I am using it to replace a stand that I bought in a music store that I have never been happy with. I alway felt the my $3000 banjo was in jeopardy of failing. I have no more fear of that with this stand, thank you.

This is a very nice product. I must have six or seven guitar stands, but I think this one is an improvement over the standard style. I play in a music team at church and typically leave the strap on my guitar when I put it on the stand when we're not playing. On standard stands, it's easy to get the strap caught in the neck support which can lead to other issues; but with this stand there is no possibility of that and it makes the process simple and silent. It's also easy to set up and transport. The stand is well made and I expect to replace some of my other stands with this style.

Using it is very simple. I bought one of these a year ago when I started playing banjo. I just bought another for my new guitar. You just adjust the length of the legs, set their angle, and sit your instrument down. I haven't had any issues setting it up.
After buying both of these, I received a couple emails from the company that makes these; they were making sure the product arrived and that it was in working order. They are responsive and polite.
If you want a nice, portable stand, look no further!
