We're a hunter boots family - have been for years. Just got my daughter a new pair about 3 weeks before camp. When she came home she said the boots weren't comfortable b/c the insoles were pulling up at the heel.
Planned to exchange but missed the return date. I shouldn't have ordered them as early as i did. We'll continue to buy Hunter but we're disappointed by this - we'll have to find new insoles that fit inside well and aren't too thick (or they'll be too small).

I have the same boots...LOVE how short they are (because i'm short and the tall ones hurt/pinch when i bend my knees)! I get compliments on this color all the time!!

I really love my boots. Very good quality and comfortable. Looks good with my outfits. Really happy. The only thing I complain about is the "buckle" on the side of each boot. They are always coming undone. Maybe don't know how to really fix or adjust them. But that's the only complaint. Not a big deal because it really doesn't have a purpose but to look good.

It's a great boot ,but I am a size 7.5 and they recommended sizing up if you want to wear a thick sock. My foot runs a bit wide so I sized up. They are still a bit big and clunky "¦.wished I sized down just FYI!

I'm short, so tall boots just swallow me up! These are the perfect boots as they don't go all the way up to my knees. I purchased these to wear around the farm (we have horses) and they've been great on those rainy, muddy days!! Great boots!

I really wanted the boots to work for me, but the heel seemed too low and the color not as nice as pictured online. The calf width was fine, just a little over 15.25" and the width of the bottom boot was a comfortable medium.
I bought the boot socks as advertised and tried them inside the boots but they were very uncomfortable with several seams along the toe area, ankle, heel and foot circumference. I did keep the socks as they may be comfortable and warm without slippers or shoes in winter.
