This pasta has a good taste and there is a reasonable amount for a meal. The "meat" is a little chewy, but doesn't detract too much from the overall product. Highly suggest using the stovetop method to cook. It comes out better than in the microwave.

I am on the 5 and 1 plan with Optivia which works well for me but the fuels are very expensive. I wanted to try other products that were comparable. The carbs were a little higher but the flavor was a lot higher. The cost was $10 less than Optivia for the same 7 pouches. Win!
I always make my products as instructed to taste before I doctor up. This one was so good as is. I did add a little beef stock just to thin it out a bit. Micro wave for 3 minutes and cover and let sit for 15 min. Heat up again for 2 minutes. The amount of food is not to fill you up but to fuel you for 2 -3 hours. Excellent.

I really enjoy how this tastes. I usually take a big ceramic bowl, mix well with a mini-wisk, and microwave it on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. I then put the lid on and let it sit either on tmthe counter or in the fridge for 2 -3 hours. This allows the noodles to get really soft. I think this has a great flavor. I gave it 4 stars because the carbs are high so it won't fit a low carb diet.
