This kit had everything I needed and I was able to replaced the 3 pads in the foot joint of my Selmer. The instructions were pretty good, but because they did not address the plastic (nylon) snap-on pad retainers, I had to figure out how to remove and replace them all on my own.
In order to get a good fit(adjusting shims), I had to remove and replace new pads several times being careful not to damage them. I resorted to carefully prying them out with a screwdriver; I just used my fingers to push them back in little by little while going around the pad. I gather using a special tool is the preferred way. Luckily, I hadn't lost any of those retainers because none were in the kit.
