Cup came dented but with the softness of the metal, I'm assuming a replacement cup would be just as dented.

I got this scoop for dog food. The one I had was "1 cup" but if filled, added an extra 1/4 cup to each serving. When I took a full scoop in this new cup and poured it into my existing "1 cup", it was exactly 1 cup. Given its aluminum, I wouldn't use it for liquid and would be gentle with it, but its stronger than I expected!
