Boy were these a life saver! I packed a full box of these wonderful pills for my trip to Thailand last month and it was the best decision I made. It's Kaopectate - when you're having the runs and you need to be plugged up, you need Kaopectate! Easy to swallow, no taste caplets - just pop one or two in your mouth, drink a glass of water and wait for the magic to work.
