Not very useful.

The soap doesnt come out well, and the brush is to stiff. Hard to wash the gentle areas of my puppy.

Nice product, good price. I intend to use mostly as brush for short haired dog, but shampoo option is a bonus.

Simply doesn't work. Shampoo does not dispense properly.
Nice brush, but I don't love the soap dispense method.

I like the concept, and it worked a few times.... but eventually the button that you push to get the soap to come out didn't want to pop back out... thus making it difficult to dispense soap during the doggie bath. It's still a nice brush to help get my dog's thick fur clean (and get all the way down to the skin), but the whole soap dispensing part of the brush died about 3 bath times ago.
