Really wanted this to work out, but I ended up returning it. No mater how much I stretched the net I could not make it taught enough for the balls to really jump off of it. Perhaps it was the balls that were the problem because despite coming with a needle and having holes to inflate they would not get more than about half full of air. Perhaps they are supposed to by semi squishy, but this just really didn't work either because of the net or the balls. So it got sent back. Like the colors and storage bag, but just couldn't make it happen

Fun game! It is sturdy. Had a little trouble fitting the tubes together. Some of them were really tight and I had to push real hard to get them to piece together. A few of the hooks were also hard to adjust position. Other then that, it is sturdy and had no trouble with it sitting on the ground properly. Rules are included and easily understood though a "side out" was not discussed what exactly that is and what to do if a side out occurs. For those who are not familiar as I was not, wikii states: The term "side-out" refers to an obsolete rule in volleyball under which the winning point could only be scored by the serving team. A side-out is now defined as when the receiving team earns the right to serve whether they get a point when they do so or not. Side-out can also refer to a type of scoring in a game of volleyball where only the serving team can score points.

We LOVE this game! My teenage son plays it with friends almost daily when the weather is nice. We have also played it indoors in a gym which is also fun. It is well made and durable. However, my son did accidentally step on it when diving for the ball and it broke the black circular part in three different places. We purchased a new one within a week since we use it so often.

The Slammo version is cheaper and from what I've heard it is better built than the official Spikeball version. However, I have been told that the Spikeball version does come with a lifetime warranty on parts, so had we had the Spikeball version when we broke the piece, we would have been able to receive a free replacement of that piece. This may be something you want to look into before making your purchase.

Overall, we have loved this set. It is easier to put together and take apart, although we leave it put together throughout the summer since it is used so often. It does come with a carrying bag so when you take it apart, you have a bag to store all the pieces in to keep it together.

It has definitely been a great purchase for our family!

Our family played this at our 4th of July get-together, and my 11 yr old granddaughter and my "kids", (who are all in their teens and twenties) loved it. They played for hours and had a good time. It gets people up and active and not just sitting around eating and drinking. Some of the balls have lost some air, so hoping they'll pump up and hold air. My son did say he wished he could get the net a little tighter. So far so good on the quality. I think if you don't abuse this and take care of it, it'll last good.

Well built game using high quality plastic that holds it shape. Since the spring/bounce comes from how tightly the net is wrapped the frame, this frame holds up to even the tightest wrappings. There is a groove along the bottom which prevent the feet from twisting and falling over. This can be both a good thing and bad - if you're wanting to fold them over for flat storage. The 3 balls included are also of high quality.

Overall, extremely impressed with the entire set. Everything feel of the highest quality.
