A fun alternative to your standard shaped cakes and cupcakes. I was able to get 3 cakes out of one box of cake mix. I followed the instructions for baking that came with the pan and the cakes baked up perfectly. They are a bit bigger than I anticipated. One cake easily serves two people with a bit left over. Very happy with this purchase.

I tried to bake a muffin type bread and it was raw on the inside and brown on the outside, basically have to find the correct temp for the product bc its such a irregular shape.

I like this pan even though I haven't baked in it yet. However the description was sorely lacking. The picture shows a square pan. The product description states: 10.2" x 14" x 1.75"--that's a rectangle and it's actually 3" high! (It really is square.) There was a question asking how big the cakes were when baked. The reply was 3" high--no other dimensions. I ordered 4" cake boards and boxes thinking they would be plenty big. Well, the opening of each of the wells measure 4.5". I can find 5" boards on another website, but not the 5 x 5 boxes. Just warning you if you want boards and boxes.

Worked well so far - going to need to use it a few more times. There are even instructions on the pan label for cooking. Larger cakes than I thought they would be. These are not tiny cakes they are about the height and width of an adult hand.

My only frustration is testing out how much should really go in each section without wasting too much by cutting it off. One box easily makes 3.75 good size cakes
