Love this for baking taco shells instead of frying. Just pop the shells in the microwave for a few seconds so they are more playable, then pop them into the oven until crisp.

I think they are great. Its a little awkward to handle in and out of the oven but I can get use to it. I like this much, much better than frying. Less oil is absorbed. You need to warm the tortillas to make them pliable. Maybe spray a little oil on the tortilla first then slightly warm to lay on the rack. It has a nice crunch and the shell stays together.

Used these while visiting sister, had to get them! Use olive oil spray on tortillas, bake at 375 for crispness.
