OEM battery, unexpectedly long standby and talk time, Inmarsat technology for the IsatPhone2 leaves Iridum devices behind in many connections. A big plus has been the surprisingly good customer support for the phone by dealer BlueCosmo, informed, proactive, and professional. This is important as IsatPhone2 used different technology and a few minutes of "hand holding" early on makes transition easier.

I ordered a phone. A prepaid phone card..and an extra phone battery. .I got the phone. .and card...but no extra battery. ..ended up reordering a battery and being charged again. ...so sad
