Good tool to keep hydrated

I have a lot of trouble staying hydrated in the summer, even when I drink water. I find PowerAde to be a useful tool to keep me from getting dehydrated. I like that it has B vitamins in it too. The Berry is my 2nd favorite flavor -- the Watermelon-strawberry is amazing, but wasn't available through Amazon Pantry.

I used to like powerade until I realized they're using high fructose corn syrup... seriously? Have they always used that? I mean, I know it's made by the Coca-Cola company, and I realize these sports drinks are essentially sugar water, but I thought it was at least real sugar, plus added vitamins. Now that I know it's corn syrup (+vitamins) I won't be drinking this stuff in the future.
