I love a good steak with or without sauce. Looking for that sauce that would always make a steak better. I love A1 and Worchestershire sauce and like experimenting with others. Found Peter Luger's on Amazon and ordered the set of 2. Learned later that my local grocery store has it in the meat section (not in the sauce section as it has to always be refrigerated). Also see that it is cheaper at my grocery store even buying singularly. This is a great sauce for people who really like a sweeter taste. My favorite right now is a horseradish aioli followed by Delmonico's. But again, like hot sauces, a very personal preference. I would definitely recommend trying this sauce and compare it head to head with your other favorite sauces.

This will take you off any other steak sauce. It will make you like steak sauce, even if you are a purist about your steaks. A little dab of this highlights, accentuates and enhances your steak flavor experience. It makes steak more steakier.
Also, pro tip: sous vide some spareribs in this stuff. Then grill to finish and baste with the reserved liquid mixed with a little honey or sugar.
