This is just my experience after having this for my husband for a few weeks now. These are kind of a pain in the behind to fill. We do cross fit and I'm into biohacking so we take a lot of supplements not medications. If you were doing this with medications, it might work better since the pills seem to be smaller.

I've got a couple of different supplement stacks for each of us. With some of the larger capsules (like specific amino acids), they don't fit so well. They're also kind of difficult for me open and close properly. I'm seriously considering going back to my snack baggies.Ziploc Snack Bags They're easier to open, easier to close, easier to fill, and if they get lost or tossed, it's no biggie. With this, if they get left, you feel kind of obligated to go back and get it because it's part of a set.

I am a home health nurse who is constantly on the lookout for items that will help ensure patient safety once discharged from my service. I have a client with long standing history of bipolar disorder who has in the past, always been able to demonstrate excellent compliance with her med regimen however, she is now older, with many significant diagnosis, each requiring multiple medications at multiple times in the day. Timing is important and had found she was having more and more difficulty keeping it all straight and was having more unintentional incidents involving medication errors (over/under medicating due to forgetting when if meds taken, etc) She takes her meds 3X/day and most pill organizers are either 2X/day or 4X/day. She seemed unable to adjust to ignoring one time slot on the 4X/day and continued with errors. This was the perfect solution and the bonus ability to take out one labeled box per day only enhanced her chances of getting her meds taken correctly (right day, right time, right pills). I would highly recommend this system in any of the models 4X/day, 2X/day, or 3X/day.

If every one of my Saturday containers did not crack after little use I would be happier. I love the size, the ability to leave the house all day and have it not open in my purse and the festive colours. Really dislike that the "Saturday" box comes either compromised during shipping or who knows why it happens but I bought 2 sets of containers, 2 different times and the last time I thought I would keep one for replacement cases as they crack, and ALWAYS in the front where the days are so you cannot close the "Morning" lid which is the full length of the container. I am almost through the entire set of replacement containers after this morning "Saturday" cracked. :-( Will not be purchasing them again. Bummed because I loved that they were/are made in the USA and very reasonably priced. Ugh!!!!!!

Boxes are OK it's the printing that's failing. Ink is smudging off, and I'm not even putting them in the dishwasher. Black ink is not permanent so it's slowly smearing away. Won't be long before I'll need to use a label maker to create new labels for the days of week. But then that will make it harder to wash. Manufacturer obviously uses cheap ink that doesn't last. What good are 7-day boxes without the days of week imprinted on them?!

Bingo! This is EXACTLY what I needed in a pill case: individual Mon-Sun cases that offer AM/PM/Bedtime time slots and hold multiple large capsules.

It wasn't just a matter of practicality, I was also bored with the standard, dull pill cases you find at major pharmacies. If I have to take handful of pills each day, the least I deserve is a cute case! This definitely fits the bill. It has a surprisingly slim profile given its large capacity, and the colors are bright and fun. I was also happy to learn that the base holds the seven cases tightly enough that I can set the full week carefully in my bag without creating a disaster.

It's rare to find an affordable product that has great, simple style and true usefulness. Go ahead and add it to your shopping cart... this is the one you need!
