Misleading personalization

This beverage bin is misleading. It's NOT engraved as indicated by the picture and personalization process. Instead, it's a cheap, chalkboard-looking insert that slides into a metal frame on the side. I would have NEVER ordered this if I knew it wasn't going to look like the picture of the product as advertised.
