Great protein shake recipe! I would get tiered of buying flavored protein powder so I started buying whey isolate and making my own protein drinks. For this one, I used 1 oz of taro powder, 50 grams of whey isolate protein, a splash of milk, a splash of water and 6 cubes of ice, put in the blender and drink. It tastes amazing.
