Antler broken & return window is closed

I bought (early, unfortunately) for my dad for father's day. He opened the box tonight and the antler is broken. I went on to do a return, and the window is closed for return. The whole thing isn't even out of the box. I was on my game and bought presents early this year... and now, the return window is closed. Having regret about buying early and such a short return window.

It's a beautiful product, bigger then I thought which was a plus, the art of the deer is real pretty, great quality, I absolutely love it.
