I like the flavor but I have only been taking the pills for about 2 weeks so I'm not positive that they are working for me yet. I would be willing to review it again in a few more weeks.

I take two each morning and each evening and I am not seeing evidence of improvement. I showed it to my dental hygienist and she said it's not harmful but believes it will be tough to prove it works. This is because our cleaning routine is tight (new dentist). So she advises, "take it if it makes you feel good, but we can't prove it's helping or if it's the care you're getting here".
The taste "¦ it's like cereal! After the mint wears off, it's cereal. That's why I am preferring the strawberry banana. Sooo "¦ I'm going to keep it going for a while longer. Once the deep scaling/cleaning has been done on my teeth (again!) I will have been takin these for about a month. Let's see if future checkups are better! Seems the bacteria in my mouth has simply been on overdrive!!! Great teeth - busy bacteria. Yuck.
I still have hope that this will help moving forward.
