This size of 10 X 20' is heavy so keep that in mind. Use it to cover storage room that were leaking. But we first layout iceguard sheet over before the rubber guard to add more protection. My husband finish the edge with trims and it looks great. We were pleased with the results. Not sure how long this will last for long term, hopefully it will not crack.
Works well, thicker than I imagined.

I didn't use it as rubber roof, I used it as landscape fabric. We were having trouble with some water seepage into the basement so we landscaped away from the house and then put the rubber roofing on underneath the siding so as to create an impermeable barrier to keep water away from the foundation. So far it's working splendidly.

I am impressed with the quality of this rubber sheeting. The thickness and durability is evident that it will last. I needed something to protect the existing fabric hot tub cover that just gets soaking wet during all seasons in Colorado. I bought a 10x10 and size was cut perfectly. Of course this is rubber material so it smells like a new tire smell but that dissipated withing a few days. While it is a black-color rubber sheet, it is 100% better than the 3 previous "so-called water-proof" fabric hot tub covers that always leaked, ripped and lasted literally one winter season in Colorado from hot tub companies online. With this rubber sheeting I am positive it will protect the hot tub cover from rain, sleet, hail and snow and also help reduce heat escaping, thus improving insulative properties of the existing hot tub cover. So happy I purchased this. Attached is a pic of how I have decided to use this rubber sheeting product.

Used this for a pond and found it very well suited and strong. Then built another pond for turtles and it was perfect for both. Highly encourage if you intend on building a pond. 45 mil thickness makes the difference because it does not rip/tear/puncture easily. I can stand on this when placed on rocks and not worry.
