I was nervous to try this. I have sensitive skin and have always been a little weary of trying stuff on my face, but this is amazing. Its not like lotion. Its smells like a light citrus, stings just a little on my skin when I first put it on (not bad at all, just a little more than a tingle), and then leaves me with a matte finish, instead of a shiny face like lotion. Once its all absorbed, I put on my daily moisturizer. My skin is glowing!!! I should have started using this years ago!!! I will absolutely buy this again when I run out!

This is the best Vitamen C & E Serum! I use it both in the morning and at night every day. I mix it with my moisturizer to make sure that they both go on smoothly, not just putting one on just to end up moving them around... plus it is just easier. I use the Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery with 50 SPF in the morning and at night I will add PCA Skincare Intensive Age Refining Treatment 0.5%. My face is pretty tough and doesn't mind the two together, but if your skin is sensitive, try using only a small amount at night mixed with moisturizer. Do NOT be surprised if you have some breakouts for the first week or two. The job of the serum is to help even out the skin and that means that it has to slough off the old dead skin and maintain the skin turnover to prevent any further problems in the future. Underneath the dead skin, there are always "pockets" of white heads that you don't know about until you use a product like this. This serum has been a miracle for my skin. I am in my 20s and I've suffered from fairly bad acne, dry/pealing and oily skin for several years. When I learned that one of the many benefits of vitamin C was that it alleviated acne and other skin conditions, I thought I would try this serum. I started using this serum in December and I am close to finishing up my second bottle. This product not only drastically reduced my acne, but it is helping to fade my scars, both new ones and ones that I've had for years. In addition to this, the odd dry patches on my skin have calmed down and this product absorbs really quickly and leaves no sticky/oily residue on my face. The overall texture of my skin dramatically improved and my pores diminished. I've been using 1-2 pumps of this every morning and evening, each bottle lasts me about 2 months so considering how much I use I'd say this small bottle goes a long way. The serum smells heavenly and I love these air-tight bottles, which I like to keep and reuse for my other beauty products.
