My favorite way to make this dressing is mixed with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. Also good if you add about a teaspoon of dijon mustard between the vinegar and oil steps for a nice dijon vinaigrette. If you mix a generous tablespoon or two of tzatziki sauce into the finished dressing and top your greens with gyro meat, kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato and feta, you have a delicious Greek salad!

I have used this fabulous product for years. I works as a dry-rub for chicken and fish as well as a very tasty dressing. Local stores have stopped carrying it, so Amazon was the go to place to obtain it. D.M.
