The worst piece of shoddy Chinese junk I've ever purchased in my entire life, bar none, and that's saying a lot! This rack (they were sold as a pair, but I'll refer to it in the singular) has numerous sharp pieces of wire sticking out everywhere that are sharp enough to snag your fingers and draw blood if you aren't super careful. If you tried to wash this thing with a sponge, it would literally shred the sponge to ribbons before you got halfway through. The wires were haphazardly and sloppily connected to the frame, with no effort made to keep them parallel or evenly spaced. Unbelievable! It took me about one minute to decide to return this abominable piece of garbage. How do these greedy, irresponsible scumbags get away with this? The parent company ought to be sued out of existence for foisting off dangerous merchandise onto the public. What's even more unbelievable is that America's Test Kitchen gave this item their highest recommendation! WHAT? Obviously, the product must've been cheapened considerably after ATK reviewed it, or the reviewers were smoking crack that day! I found a great replacement that really is a quality product: the Bellemain 12 x 17 inch cooling rack. It has much thicker, stronger wire, a good fit and finish, and absolutely no rough edges anywhere (at least as I write this in Sept 2018). And it fits nicely inside my Nordic Ware half sheet baking pan. That's the rack you want. Pass on this shoddy piece of trash!

This rack was chosen as an Amazon.com link from a Cook's Illustrated Equipment review that matched a top-rated Libertyware half sheet cooling rack/baking grate with a top-rated Nordic Ware half sheet baking pan that it fit. It's too big and sits askew. The vendor was supposed to be Libertyware but changed at some point.

This is my third one and they are so perfect to use for cooling racks for my baked goods and also for keeping pancakes and french toast warm in the oven and I use almost daily just to put hot food from stove on them. They get used almost daily and they still look brand new. It fits perfectly on a half-sheet pan and I'm sure it would be great for roasting as well. Not sure how hard it would be to clean since I had not used for that purpose.

Sadly, on one, the middle brace on the bottom has one side that isn't attached. I was deeply disappointed because it meant I had to send both back and then wait for another set to arrive. Decisions.
I kept them both, but am not pleased that I paid full price for one perfect and one imperfect. I expect the imperfect one will rust and or I'll lose the middle support.

This rack does it's job well enough. The only problem I have with it is that the connections between the wires hold enough water after washing to encourage rusting. To make things worse, the bars have miniature rough spots which normally aren't a problem, except they tear up paper towels, so you can't exactly hand-dry these.
