It's PAM cooking spray... can use it for pretty much anything and it works. I don't use it all the time as I prefer using olive, avocado, coconut, or flax oils.... but for when you really need something to not stick - this will do it!

I have tried 2 other brands of cooking spray. This is by far my favorite. I cannot taste it in my food and does everything you expect from a cooking spray.
