This is the third time I've ordered from these guys and the last two times have been great. This time, they arrived within 4 days, which is awesome, but there was also a rather large spider in the container with the worms. I'm not the biggest fan of spiders, so this freaked me out a bit, but the worms were fine so all is well.

They are great. I fished for bass with them and they were as effective as earthworms. I have been raising mealworms for years and I am done with that and switching to these. I am also using them to compost for my garden and they eat things up fast, and create fertilizer good. I have converted some into pupa, and I should have beetles soon. Very exited. They are extremely lively and easy to take care of.

And I am going to order a second box next week. Already in my cart here!

After reading many reviews, I had anticipated receiving my box of mealworms with the understanding that I would see some dead mealworms on arrival. My plan was to give the dead mealworms to my hens, while saving the live ones for the families small pets.
My order of 500 live superworms arrived quickly, well packaged in a screened/ventilated package.
Finally, the moment of truth. I had everything set out to separate the mealworms and a container ready to sort the deadones into for the eager but already spoiled hens...
There was not one single dead mealworm. Not a single one!
So, the hens will get some live ones as a treat, they waited so impatiently, after all! But they'll only get a few at a time, since the family does have small pets that need the live ones!

So far, the various critters here would rate these mealworms 10/10 for delicious, scrumptious, yummy wiggly freshness.

10/10 pets would happily spend their humans money here again.

Very very happy! Will be purchasing again! I have 3 hungry bearded dragons that were so excited. Such a good deal compard to going to local pet stores that only sell max of 50. Sadly it was raining when mine got delieved- the box was a little damp but none were dead! Just a note to other buyers...Only thing that was an issue was since my package was placed on the ground for a hour. Ants were able to get inside the vents on the side- I think they were attracted to the food leftover from the superworms. Didnt know exact time it would be delieved since the tracking didnt say and I was at work. Totally not the sellers fault! Next time I will plan the timing better.

So I live in a apartment complex. With a mail room, Amazon told me the worms hadn't been delivered yet. Well apparently they had when my landlord called and was begging me to come pick up my package. It's making noises. So I came down and as soon as I open the mail room door it sounds like rain. I apologize and bring the box home, pour the worms into a large large flat Tupperware close the lid and drop in a banana. It's been about a month and I'm down to about 75 worms. I think maybe.. 20 have died along the way so far, so they don't only come alive but they stay alive!
