Uh not worth $25.50.... I bought Utopia towels which are 700gsm as these Salbakos towels, but the Utopia towels were way softer and thicker. I do not think these towels are 700gsm either. Not as advertised, and I do not recommend salbakos if you want fluffy towels that fully absorb water right off of your skin.

I am very happy with these towels. I was going to buy them but was discouraged by negative reviews mixed in with great reviews. So I initially bought the HEIRBLS (which claim to be "Luxury Hotel & Spa Turkish Cotton Towels." They were so cheap, thin and flimsy, I did not even take them out of the box, but just returned them.
I went back to this Salbakos towel from American Pillowcase with some trepidation, thinking they might just be the same. NO! World of difference with pretty thick, soft fabric.These aren't super luxurious towels for a bath set that you might pay $20 per piece for, but they are great as gym towels and look to be nicely made. I do not understand the negative ratings. I can only guess they had other expectations, but these are good, solid towels at a reasonable price.

These towels are a little longer than my previous towels, they look nice, feel thick & soft, and they dry my hands quickly! I'm very pleased with these towels. I purchased 2 colors & both sets were the same quality & size so I can hang them together.

We needed a set of white hand towels to replace those in a regularly used guest bathroom but did not want to spend a fortune on them. Yet, we wanted towels that were soft, somewhat plush and easy to launder (bleachable.) We went with these and have been quite pleased.
Soft out of the packaging, the instructions suggest washing them before the first use. This renders them even softer than they were when they arrived. Nicely made with no loose threads, they are precisely what we were hoping for. The 16 X 30" size is just right - not bigger than needed nor too small to be easily used, we use them three-at-a-time and replace them with the other three on laundry day.
