Wish I had these when I was a working paramedic (Israeli emergency bandages too, for that matter). Having two seals for front and back in case of a perforating chest wound is nice, but in a mass casualty incident when supplies are tight, you can just use one on the front wound and a fully occlusive dressing on the back. It's how we used to do it in the military and on the street before these nice double packs, using plastic from a dressing package or even the wrapper from a cigarette pack and some tape. I like to keep a couple of 4x4s to wipe blood and some tincture of benzoin swabs handy too.
Must have for sucking chest wound treatment!

If someone has a deep chest wound you will wish you had one of these!
Always carry 2 in your medical kit, don't forget to look for the exit hole.... these are SUPER-sticky (so they will work), be prepared to loose some hair (or ruin a shirt) if you use one for practice.
These are a must have for sucking chest would treatment, sure you can make a 3 sided seal with some plastic and tape, but these are fast, easy and work great!
