Nice set of spatulas (and one spoonula)

These are well-made spatulas with high heat tolerance that don't bend much. That it comes in a set at a slight discount is just icing on the cake. The spoonula is quite handy if you are feeling lazy and primarily want a spatula but might need to fish something out. No problems with cleaning, breakage or handling. Having agonized over various single spatulas before settling on this set, I now realize that having 3 different ones covers all the use cases I could imagine. Just get this set and stop trying to do everything with one spatula.

The spatulas silicon material is very soft and not of good quality, I used once to mix the dough and it is already cracked. The workmanship for the item is inferior in that the edge of the item is not smooth. The handle is also weak and bends easily when force on as it it is going to break. It's a total disappointment for the set and I am returning it.

We are very satisfied with these spatulas. Being molded into one piece, as these are, is preferable to ones where the handle detaches from the spatula and water and food get into the hole.
The shapes are good, and they work well. I thought I was disappointed in the narrow spatula because it has a shorter handle than I am used to. I contacted the company, and they sent me a long-handled narrow spatula. In the meantime, I discovered that I will use the short handled-spatula more than expected.
I bought this set based on a review in Cook's Illustrated. When they arrived, my husband spotted them in the drawer immediately. They have become his favorites.

Thick edges, soft material

The silicone on these is significantly softer than on other completely silicone encapsulated spatulas I've used. They compensate for that by making the edges thicker, on the ones with corners, which is a problem for me because I often use these things to scoop under stuff, like scrambling eggs. That's kind of okay since the more spoon like one still has reasonably thin edges. But I still prefer the thicker material and thinner edges of others (which I unfortunately don't know the brand of).
This is good quality stuff.

This is good quality stuff. I have several commercial spatulas that I have used for years. They work very well, and I still have them. But these di Oro's are the ones I use nearly all the time now. Here's why: as spatulas they are fine. What makes them different is the handle. The commercial ones have excellent flameproof ends, but the handles are not. This becomes annoying when you leave a spatula in the pot for a few minutes and come back to find the handle melted in the middle where it hung over the pot. The di Oro's have silicone everywhere, with something rigid in the center of the handles. I can't even nit pick these things. They are just GOOD.
