Would highly recommend this product! Still looks like new! Easy to clean!

This is a great booster seat. We bought it originally for our oldest boy who is now 4 yrs old. Now our 2 yr old uses it. Both fit in it just fine. It's nice if my 4 yr old needs to be a little higher at the table. He doesn't feel like he's in a high chair without the straps on. Our 2 yr old is able to sit up straight and feel more like a "big boy" when he sits in it with the straps on. It's sturdy on the chair. It was easy to attach to the chair. It's very easy to clean. Seat tilts up easily to wipe or vacuum underneath of it. Our seat looks the same as it did when we opened it...no scratches, no punctures, no stains. Would highly recommend this product!
Good Graduation Seat
ClanDurie✓ Verified Purchase•November 24, 2023
I purchased this seat for my 18 month old son as a graduation from his hook-on high chair. I wanted a simple booster seat to help train him how to sit at the table and eat off a plate at meal time and this fit the bill nicely. We have been using the seat for 3 weeks, enough I feel, to give a thoughtful review. Overall, I really like the seat and here are my notes:
1. It was easy to install, despite what I had read in other reviews about problems with the straps. There are three straps - one buckles the child in, and the other two go around the bottom and back of the chair respectively. It was not hard to figure out which straps go where and all I really needed to do was adjust the length of the straps to fit our chair. I also took this chair with us on vacation and it is quick and easy to adjust to a new chair.
2. The seat is mostly easy to clean, just wipe it off. However, really messy meals (like those containing spaghetti sauce) require a bit more elbow grease with the wiping but still, an easy clean-up.
3. I would advise putting down a chair protector before strapping on your chair though, especially if your chair is upholstered. The hole that the middle lap buckle threads through is a bit large and being as it is right between the child's legs, food very easily falls through the hole and onto your chair. It took me a few days before I realized that. Not a big deal to me though, I just put an extra plastic placemat on my chair and installed the seat on top of it. I would also point out that I don't have to unbuckle the seat to wipe underneath it; I can lift the front up enough to slide my hand/rag underneath.
That's about it. It's a basic seat, well designed and fits our needs really well. Strongly recommended.

great booster if you install it correctly

I was hesitant to buy this booster seat for my 18 month old son because of some of the negative reviews. And I'm not one to read instructions, so probably like most everyone else, I stuck the seat on a chair and started clipping the belts around the chair thinking "how complicated can this be?" Well, for some reason the belts come looped through the chair the WRONG way. You have to take them off and thread them in the RIGHT way. If you look at the pictures in the instructions it clearly shows the belt coming up from underneath and over the sides of the chair. I believe a reviewer commented on poor design to have the child sit on top of a strap. If they are sitting on the strap, then you did not install it correctly and the bottom strap will definitely be way loose, as this isn't how it is intended to go. Once I took a minute to look at the pictures I realized how it is supposed to go and was able to get it attached very securely. I will say, some of the buckles were a bit challenging to tighten, but once it's on, you're good. Unless you plan to take the seat on and off frequently it's not an issue.
I am very pleased with my purchase. I think this seat will be very easy to clean and it blends in so well with our brown furniture. It is so soft and cushy too. My son was thrilled to sit in his big boy chair for the first time!

I am very impressed with these booster seats. They are a very high quality material and super soft to sit on. I would recommend them and say that they are worth the rather high price tag.
I read some other reviews about the buckle being complicated but I had no problem. I ordered two and both came ready to go. I simply sat them on the chairs, and wrapped the buckles around the back and the bottom of chair, and voila, done. Adjusting the length of all three straps was a breeze despite the child safety feature that makes it hard for someone to simply pull the strap and loosen it entirely. The only thing I will say is that one of the chairs we are using is pretty wide (41" around) and when we tried to buckle the back strap around, the chair sort of tilted up in the front. The other chair is a more average width (27" around) and it works great. I would suggest you not use these on super wide backed chairs for younger kids, but a toddler would most like be fine with just the bottom strap attached and the back one loose.
They also clean extremely easily which saves time. And they are wide enough for my three old and safe enough for my one year old, and are compact enough to fit nicely under my table. The last booster we had made it so the chair was never fully tucked in.
I say, if you have the money, these are great boosters! I have yet to use them for travel.

Install is tricky but after that it's GREAT!

I took a chance on this seat after reading all the complaints about the straps. I will agree the straps are tricky... but they should be so they will stay securely tethered. Once it is installed properly, it looks and fits great!
Pros:
Attractive
Cushy/Comfy
Wide enough to accommodate as child grows
Low profile so it can stay on chair and be pushed in/hidden away
Removable Straps for easy cleaning
Variety of color choices
Cons:
High Price Tag (But worth it because it doesn't look like a tacky piece of baby gear!)
Straps are difficult to adjust.
Allow me to tell you how I dealt with the strap problem:
First of all, all three of the strap systems (the back strap, the seat strap and the child belt) move independently of each other. This is good because you can slide them from side to side to get a good placement of the buckle. Also, there is a shorter strap and a longer strap. The shorter goes behind the chair back and the longer goes under the seat. Finally, here's what I learned from my struggles... Wrap the straps around to find the estimated fit first. Don't buckle yet. Adjust the slider to that point and then buckle. This way you can hold the strap out straight without the awkwardness and tension of it being buckled. You can do any final adjustments afterward...and like I said... the straps slide so if the buckles/adjusters end up in weird places after the straps are tightened(which happened on our particular chair)you can slide them to a better position.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It is cute, classy, comfy and cleanable... just what a mom wants, right!
