Bought this (14" version) and a Nokoma Generation G-1350C (13.5" glove) on the same day for use in a league using a 14" ball. Used both evenly in the beginning, but have ended up using the Nokoma regularly over the past month. That one broke in a little faster (despite starting a little stiffer) . . . though slower than advertised. Both worked fine with the heavier 14" balls within a week, but would just now be willing to play a game with the Nokoma using a regulation 12" ball and still not there with this Wilson (though it has been getting less game time recently . . . still use both for practice/ catch). I like the pocket on this one, which seems more of a softball specific design, and swallows everything nicely. I do have two complaints, both related to pinky finger side of the glove. First, the glove is very wide (it's a big glove) where the fingers separate and my larger than average hands are stretched (a little uncomfortably) if I try and pull the glove on too far. Second, the "seam" (there is probably a better word) on the pinky side of the glove is very stiff. That said, the glove seems very well made and I would not hesitate to recommend the 14" version to someone with very large hands and playing in a league with 14" softballs. All-in-all, I am content with the purchase and the glove will continue to see use even though I have 3 other gloves in my bag (besides the Nokoma I have a 13" Rawlings and 12.5 Wilson for use with regulation softballs or baseballs).

I have transitioned to playing 2nd base. I am now 73 years old and I will be be finishing my 37 season playing softball. The glove is the best price- performance value glove that I have ever owned. It makes my performance on the field the marvel of my team mates.

Good quality glove but the finger holes are very large so it will move around on you if you have small hands.

Great softball glove. I like the unique colored stitching too - makes it easy to identify my glove.
