Had a bad item

Had to return item, never completed assembly due to some screws already screwed in that had be unscrew, but stuck & stripped. Assembly instructions was very poor. Constantly have to go back to beginning of booklet to know which item they were referring to.
I like it but if you are shorter the handles are ...

I like it but if you are shorter the handles are very high and hard to do both the handles and feet pedals at the same time. The handles are not adjustable.

Good value for this product. Good exerciser for a semiconverlancent individual. The only problem with this machine is that it needs an adjustable shoe band. Orthopedic shoes tend to be bulky in nature and the strap needs to be adjustable. Other than that, I highly recommend this product.
