Chalk up another reviewer with a broken drive belt here. At least mine lasted a year, but now I need to replace it myself. A piece of equipment this expensive should not break in a year through completely normal use.
Also this bike clearly wasn't made with tall people in mind. I need to hunch over to use it because the handle bars are so low.

Do not buy this bike! I read all the bad reviews and thought it wouldn't happen to me, so I took the chance. Boy, it's exactly what the other negative reviews said. The belt is rubbing up against the wheel and starting to fray, the bearing that connects the arm bar is popping in and out causing the bike to be loud and unable to function properly. I'm literally only days past the 90 day warranty. If I could return it I would, but I can't. I haven't tried to call Schwinn yet, but I'm not hopeful. Please save yourself the trouble and get a different bike.

Great machine BUT the seat is torture.. Gel cover was very little help.. Ordered a different seat and mount adapter.. Not yet delivered.. Will post after install.. WW, spouse of VW..
