Awesome pan, way better than any other non-stick surface ...

Awesome pan, way better than any other non-stick surface we've had. Bought 2 of the 8" pans, a 10" frying pan and the 13.4" Wok. Will be buying the 12" frying pan as well because it just works. Cleans easy as well, just hope they keep on being this good later; bought these because of the reviews stating it does not lose its non-stick nature. The pans are also nice and light, but appear to be of good quality. One issue was the way it was shipped; just about ZERO padding and one of the pans' handles got busted in the shipping process. Was able to return it and get another one, but each one of these keeps getting shipped with the same amount of padding (meaning NONE). Should really be packed better, just feel lucky most of them come over in one piece.
One of the Best Pans I've ever Purchased!

I'm in love with this pan! My family cooks a ton, and this pan is one of the most welcome and most used pieces in our kitchen arsenal. It holds up and even outperforms some of our high end stainless steel cookware. It is truly nonstick and really adds a nice brown or crisp to whatever you're cooking, something I found a little more time-consuming to get in other cookware. It heats up very quickly and distributes heat very evenly and maintains temperature well. I've been using this pan nearly daily for the past four months and it still looks as good as new. I would recommend handwashing though for best longevity.
Would love to try more of this brand's cookware in the future!!!

Like a lot of other people I bought a ceramic ...

Like a lot of other people I bought a ceramic pan and it I was really impressed at first. After about 4 or 5 weeks it started sticking real bad. After reading the reviews on this pan I thought I would give it a try. I have now used it for 4 months and it is as good as the day it was new. I came here to order 2 more and decided to wright this review while I was here. I don't know how long it will last but so far its preforming very well.
Not for high temperatures

The non-stick worked great the first few times I used"‹ this pan. However, when I used it on high heat, the bottom of the pan melted to the glass cooktop on my range. The pan also warped. Not only did it ruin the pan, I have been unable to get the marks off of the glass cooktop. I believe it is permanently marred.
This was at a temperature that I have regularly used other pans, so I expected it to work with this one.
I would recommend against this pan unless you only cook at lower temperatures.

Surprisingly Nice Pan

Read quite a few reviews of various ceramic type non-stick pans and they all seem to have the same complaints - no longer non-stick after about a month of use
Thought i would take the plunge anyway and give this pan a try as it was relatively inexpensive and looked pretty decent - after almost 2 months of daily use (sometimes twice a day) the pan is still completely non-stick - no chips or flaking or visible wear inside or out either - there is some slight marring on the finish of the inside bottom of the pan that can just be seen if held at the right angle under bright light - it is still so non-stick that it can be slightly annoying when trying to get a spatula until an edge of an omelette to fold as the whole thing tends to slide around so you do have to chase it a bit
Yes, it do use a bit of butter for eggs or oil for other things - it is "neat" to see an egg sliding around in a pan without the use of oil or butter but then you are dry searing and you are not doing an egg any favors by giving it that sort of treatment - yuck
The claim of even heating is about on par with every other pans claim (from those that i have had) - not perfect but pretty darn good - this in spite of not having a competely flat bottom - there is a single pivot point before the pan gets hot and two after it does - so much so that just a slight tap on the handle will make the pan spin a complete 360 degrees or more (helped along by the same non-stick material on the outside as on the inside) - again, my experience with pretty darn even browning of hash browns and pork chops makes this claim pretty accurate
If you are hesitant (as i was) to try these "healthier" pans, i would give this one a try first - treat it gently (as in, don't throw it in a pile with other pans) and you might be just as surprised as i was
