These are "almost" as good as the cheese straws that my mother made. I ordered them in bulk for the 2nd time in a fairly short period of time lately, so that should tell you that they are Yum. I like receiving the 4 white packs of them. The packs are a good size, so that a large sack of them doesn't get stale. I like buying without the tin unless I need a special present for someone, and that way there are more cheese straws! I have plenty of tins for myself anyway.

I'm a cheese straw addict and wanted to love this so much that I purchased the biggest economy sized package available.
I liked not wasting my money on cans and fancy packaging but was so incredibly disappointed in these.
I've tried so many brands and have never ever turned away from one but I can't even give these away, not even to my junk food junky daughter.
These have the perfect amount of zing and the flavor is isn't bad so they get 3* for that.. but, it's like eating chalky sawdust and are literally inedible to me.

These are by far the best tastimg cheese straws I have ever eaten. They are so melt in your mouth delicious shortbread with just the perfect amount of heat! The cheese flavor is very obvious unlike other reviews stated. These will certainly be on my list of must haves during the holidays each year.
Absolutely fresh & delicious...but no ingredient, nutrition fact, or expiration date info enclosed with product.

Received today, and they are absolutely fresh & delicious! My only concern is there is no enclosed sticker or insert regarding ingredients, nutrition facts, or expiration date. (I thought that is required for US food sells.) Ingredients and nutrition facts are shown in a pic on the Amazon site but does not accompany product. No expiration date either place.
