Beautiful crystal ball!

Pretty! The beads at the top were beige and longer than I would have liked. Crystals are tough, it fell from a tree limb in a high wind. The crystals all survived a 8' fall but will have to be restrung so I can redo it the way I would like-clear beads and shorter. Had to cut off the metal tag with the year, not sure why it was attached as if it was meant to stay on.

Very nicely put together, there was a "2015" metal piece attached to it that threw me off... easily removed but I don't know why they sold a product with that on it.
Aside from that, it seems like you'll have to be extra careful with hanging it to actually catch the sunlight - might recommend putting it inside the house/kitchen for the sun. Outside on a terrace or porch might require extra care - which is okay too but just as a heads up.

This is my first crystal ball prisms from H&D. It is just beautiful ! When it came it was all wrapped up in bubble wrap the size of the palm of my hand. It was protected very well for shipping. Struggled to get it open but when I did I couldn't stop looking at it. I'm not sure what it was about the way it made me feel? Holding it up into the sun light the first time was awesome ! When the light hit's it just right it's like seeing colors from heaven all over the room. I can't wait for the sun to find it after I find a spot to hang it. The crystal it self was in perfect condition. I can't wait for family and friends to see it cast it's light show. Will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I like it a lot. The light hits it in a beautiful way in the afternoon and it throws dozens of small round rainbows all over my sun-room. I can't wait for the higher sun in the summer! My only disappointment is that I was expecting a little bit brighter and more intense colors in the rainbow dots that it throws around the room, but perhaps when the sun is higher in the sky that will happen. It is well made and absolutely beautiful to look at.

Pa lagged so that no damage occurs to fragile Crystal I was going to put it outside on patio but it is too beautiful to have outside It is in my master bedroom window and creates stunning rainbows The picture of the rainbow doesn't show the multiple colors going on the walls!!!!!
