Too big to fit Concentrated Motrin Infants' Drops bottle!

This is the correct device, but it is too large to fit into the concentrated Motrin infants' drops! These drops are manufactured by the same company as infants' Tylenol, which comes with a the bottle adapter. I contacted the manufacturer, and McNeil consumer help was no help at all! If you use the brand name Motrin infants' drops, do not buy these adapters.

Fit our medicine bottles so well. We use syringes many times a day due to two sons with feeding tubes, and these work perfectly.
NOTE: our bottles measure 24mm. We bought the 24mm and they fell into the bottles. I read a review that said buy the larger ones as all the measurements are wrong. I bought these 28mm after measuring 3 more times to make sure they were 24mm. These 28mm fit both of our 24mm bottles

These fit perfectly in the 16oz oval bottles that I also purchased on amazon. I wish I could have found inserts with a soft valve to purchase but that's not the fault of this product. I have a bit of a different shaped syringe than the regular oral dispenser type so I am unable to just insert it and tip the bottle over without liquid escaping. I knew that going into my purchase though.

Children's Tylenol - snug, but fits (maybe 20mm would fit better?)
Children's Motrin - snug, but fits (maybe 20mm would fit better?)

All in all, they work perfectly and fit all the bottles we keep on hand for our little ones.

The 28mm are actually 24mm. The 24mm are actually 21mm. Both too small for my bottle. It would be nice if there description was accurate.
