These are perfect for packing my home roasted coffee for Christmas gifts! They are sturdy and won't burst open when shipping and I love the material for labeling. I can stamp it or write with a pen or sharpie or use a sticker. That way they can be customized or used for other events. They'll hold exactly 16oz and twist tie just right. These bags are not air tight or use the one way valve for co2. But you don't need those if it's fresh roasted and you are it all soon!
