This will be a long, but honest review. Let me first say, this sauna is wonderful! Get it! BUT I call BS on eveyone who says it took 45 mins to put it together lol. My delivery men were great, they brought it into my spa for me. From opening the boxes to plugging it up (regular outlet) took 2 full hours for 3 of us to put it together. Yes, it's "latch in place" design but, the latches were so stiff, we couldn't get them closed without two men pressing simultaneously. And it was hard to keep the walls lined up. The directions are hit or miss. It's ONE direction book for like 4 different sauna designs and you have to figure out if the next step pertains to the sauna you have or not. For example, it says, "locate 2 square pieces with...." Problem is, it's only ONE square piece if you have the 2 person sauna design. Then for some steps, there are no directions, like when to screw on the roof covers (do that last, ladder needed). An eclectic drill was needed to screw the bench down. THE DOOR OPENS FROM THE LEFT. We spent and 15 mins flipping the door. The label was upside down AND backwards. Also, the radio has two screws that need to be removed before installation in order for the CD player to receive disk. Lastly, I sat in there for exactly 30mins and the max heat got to 121°. If you want max 140° make sure you turn it on well before you're ready to use it. Hope this helps someone. This was our Christmas gift to ourselves. Arrived really quick. Well packaged in three cartons on a rectangular pallet. We converted a spare bedroom into an exercise/workout area. Assembled on Christmas Day. Firm fitting pieces. My wife and I have used it together every morning since. Just the right size for two. My wife says her skin is smoother and softer. I've lost 10 lbs. (?!). I guess the other positive reviews were right.

Product itself appears nice, customer service is non-existent. Radio and speakers have issues and 3 attempts to contact vendor have resulted in nothing, concerning if a main component fails. Max heat is about 125 when set to 140.

I love love love it!! Me and my hubby put it together and been using it everyday from day 1!!
It arrived on a skid , 3 tall boxes. We used a dolly to get them in the house.
