I absolutely love this dress, it first beautifully. I am 5'8, 130lbs, and have a 34B bra size. I am using this dress as a 1920's flapper costume for my Halloween party, I bought black gloves, black garder, and a black and gold headdress and the outfit looks amazing. Completing the look with a gorgeous pair of black and gold high heels( of course, heels are a must ). The back is completely open, as shown in the picture. And the only down side is that it kind of rides up a little, so I would wear a pair of gold spandex shorts underneath. Unless you are comfortable showing everybody your cooch at the party ;) . And no bra is needed with the outfit, but just in case I would get some stick on's for the nipps, but only if you plan on dancing a lot.
