I ended up with a much better product elsewhere

This product was purchased, returned then replaced and returned. I ended up with a much better product elsewhere. Parts were missing and/or broken. Very disappointing.

Easy to install and overall looks fantastic. We've had it about three months and it's never fallen, no problem with rust (although we do live in a low humidity area). However, on one end where you twist to tighten there's this grey plastic ring that looks tragically out of place. But in day to day life you never notice it, so whatever.
Terrible quality, the stoppers on the end were unattached ...

Terrible quality, the stoppers on the end were unattached when arrived and despite repeated attempts it doesn't stay on the wall. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
