I started taking these probiotics 3 months ago after looking for a good probiotic that's affordable and helps boost my immune system as well as support my digestive system. After reading the reviews for Nutrition Essentials, I bought them and haven't looked back since. I went from not going everyday to going twice during the day. Good product. It seems to be working although I've only been taking it for a week. I'm using it with the notion of changing my diet on a permanent basis. Shifting to more vegetables along with moderate protein, good fats, and less bread and less sugar (less processed foods, etc).
