I am a male who has grown a beard over the winter for the past several years, and found it uncomfortable, and while I looked at beard care products, I had always been on the fence about purchasing any, thinking them silly. So I used shampoo's with sulfates and petroleum derivatives and always wondered why my hair was dry and itchy most of the time. When I saw the ingredients in this, and compared the cost to beard shampoo, I had to give it a try, and would honestly recommend this one as I think it's made my beard look a lot better and made me more comfortable. When using it my hair is cleaner, softer, and is more professional looking. You only have to use a little amount of the shampoo, and as you are massaging your hair, it begins to lather more and more. I leave it in 3 to 4 minutes, and it makes my beard very soft and manageable. Even after washing it out you can still feel the product is there (which is important when you have a beard), and clean smelling.

This shampoo is definitely my favorite shampoo I have ever used. It makes your hair soft, nourished, reflective, and flowy (depending on the weather). As for it's restorative properties they're pretty obvious if you follow the instructions of letting it sit for a couple of minutes. I would absolutely reccomend this to anybody I know whether their hair is in great health or not.

I've really been enjoying this shampoo. It's leaving my thinning hair, feeling "full", soft and clean without leaving a chemical residue/smell. It's a thick liquid that's NOT overly scented, and gives a decent amount of suds. Again they didn't overdo it with the bubble-suds, a decent amount but not too much. I get the feeling they went to quite an effort to develop this recipe, nice subtle smell, great hair feel, no chemical smell/feel. Nice product that I'll buy again.

Update August 2018: I ordered the shampoo again and it was adulterated--much thinner and smelled differently. Beware!!
This shampoo is not super strong and it doesnt irritate my scalp. I do not know how much argan oil is actually in the formula but its smell is unoffensive and I am on my second bottle with no complaints.
