Really are grease-proof.

I originally bought pads that were NOT grease-proof first and they were a mess. These pads really are grease-proof. I bake small cakes and the butter or oil from the cakes does not soak through these pads.

Edges are NOT smooth! They're evenly jagged, so I can't use them for smoothing my cakes. Bummer, such a great price! I'll be returning these.
