I purchased to use with my Hoover Air vacuum. There are graduated sized options for the attachment to connect with your vacuum hose. My Hoover is between sizes and therefore I had to hold the attachment in place while attempting cleaning under appliances. Not a good choice for me.

The Good: It works fairly well. At least, it's easier than moving the bed and the couch, etc.
The Bad: It didn't connect easily to my Dyson. I didn't really expect it to. After looking through the house for old vacuum attachments I found something that allowed me to sort of force an attachment. There's probably a better universal attachment out there. They should really include that or offer it as a paid option. It's not really clear how you easily attach this to various types of vacuums.

Yes, it seems a little cheaply made, but it WORKS!!!!! While I think the price could be adjusted down a little this tool still pays for itself in full. Makes cleaning coils and other tight spots very easy and just down right fast. After using this tool, I have no idea how I would do without. In one tight spot I did tape off the big hole one the top side, this gave me suction at the very tip, and allowed to clean the gunk right off a coil I wasn't able to do much with. I have a tiny place with no room to maneuver even if I COULD pull out my stove and refrigerator . . . I was a little bit skeptical that this tool would work but it did! (Of course, I can't get under there to verify this - but I'm basing my judgement on all the pieces of glass from years' worth of things shattering on the kitchen floor and the quantity of "dust bunnies" that collected in my bagless vacuum.) I had a little bit of difficulty getting it to fit my vacuum's hose, but I tried a couple of different tools that came with my vacuum and found the right combination to get this to fit tightly. I figure if the suction was strong enough to pick up some fairly sizable pieces of glass, stray food crumbs must be mixed in with those dust bunnies. I'm impressed!

Works Great! The item reaches under appliances and my TV stand well. Doesn't fit my Shark NV500 so I wrapped the end with tape til it fit snug. The material is not the best, but the product is inexpensive so you get what you pay for. The flexible part will surely crack before the Shark brand would, but I can buy another and it's still cheaper than buying one Shark brand so I'm happy with it.
