I used this exhaust cap for a smoker I built and the quality is far superior than expected. The coating appears to be a really heavy, durable enamel which I'm convinced will never rust through. The fit was right on for a 3" exhaust pipe that I used as the smokestack. I just pop on a counterweight to hold it open when I'm cooking otherwise it opens and closes easily with no binding. No complaints here!

Make sure and put some loctite on the nuts, it rattled apart when I first got it.. But this thing is made well and does the job perfectly on my concrete pump.
