Love this piece. I only use square-head or Phillips screws (never flat) so this bit makes perfect sense for me to have in the holster. Feels solid, snaps in quickly and gets the job done.

A terrific and clever little gadget -- For all who use a mixture of both square drive and phillips screws, this eliminates the aggravation of having the wrong bit in your impact driver

Works very well when you have both types of fasteners on the job site. I wish more companies would make this bit as well a less intrusive way to magnetize them. I have about 250 square tipped screws I have driven, half 2 1/2" into studs and half 1 1/2" into 3/4 Melamine, square bit still not slipping. My only complaint is the phillips side strips out toggler plastic anchors very easy, much easier then any other brands #2 phillips bit. If I can get another 250 screws fastened out of this bit then I will be a life long customer.
