Have not put them to test but have a pair of Mechanix Wear gloves that I use while working on my truck (approx 10 years old) that have held up fine. This pair has a lot more padding on the knuckles and fingers (which is perfect for a tactical glove). The camo is excellent. Only drawback, for a tactical glove, I wish they were longer in the wrist. Kinda short like a regular mechanic glove. Add a couple of inches to the wrist and you will have a knockout. I have read reviews which talk about the smell, it's the rubber pads over the fingers and knuckles. Like I said, not for hunting. I am sure the scent will lessen but not enough to ever use hunting where you are worried about scent. Won't be detectable by humans but a coyote or deer will pick it up.

The Globes fit perfectly!! I don't think it is a 5-star product. Feels great in the hand. I pretty much use them all the time and I get lots of great comments overall. I can see little bit wear and tear, I've been using them for over a year now. Depends on what you do for a living, I don;t think these globed will work for extra heavy duty, but will definitely will save you skin in the hand. It's a buy!!

I really like these gloves. I used to buy them locally but can no longer find them. You can get the size you need which is very important with gloves. Gloves that are too small split between the thumb and forefinger. These are very comfortable and the inside seams do not rub on you and they do not leave blisters. I think they have a little gel padding in the palms. The palms are soft but durable.

Perfect sizing, solid construction from quality materials and they're very durable for standard work, gun fire and outdoor wear and tear.

I bought my pair directly from Amazon, not a 3rd party seller and I received legit Mechanix brand gloves. As far as I know, it's the only way to be certain you'll get the real thing.

great quality product. i would highly suggest to those who are in the military. For me personally i ordered large gloves and there is about an inch in each finger of extra room that can be troublesome for anyone who is a marksman. overall a great product. (ps. the oakley gloves are more comfortable but they dont last as long as mechaniz do.)
