Yellow in color and rather disgusting. No crunch whatsoever

these don't even come close to the real thing. Yellow in color and rather disgusting. No crunch whatsoever. Do not even consider buying this product.
The Bean Sprouts taste good in my recipes
Cefran•May 22, 2017
It is handy to have canned Bean Sprouts in my cupboard. It enables me to spontaneously do a recipe. My local store only had fresh which only works if you plan ahead. The Bean Sprouts taste good in my recipes.

So Good - - I crave these!

I got a little lazy at making, er growing, my own. My local Asian store is too far away, and I lke o keep soe canned on hand for my sudden cravings. These are wonderful just added to pan of seared cinely chopped onion, 1/2 C. finely chopped mixed sweet peppers, a little ginger, some chopped mushroom, small handful of cashews, chopped garlic and some sesame oil and drain, rinse and dump in the bean sprouts (or keep the liquid and use it to add some interesting flavor) maybe a bit of leftover chicken, pork, etc. saute a bit, Add some fish sauce and sesame oil, cook and stie a bit - then ! Stir fry, serve over noodles or rice; SO Good.
Also saute the drained sprouts in oil of choice. Chop some scallions and some chopped lettuce (I use bagged Summer Mixix or Iceberg about 1/2 bag.), Maybe eat plain or add some chopped leftover cooked and cubed chicken. Eat with sliced chilled English cucumber SO GOOD too!
