Best tasting powered milk I have ever tried....and I have tried a few.
This is now our everyday 'milk'

We use this as our everyday milk. A few of us in our household are lactose intolerant and this 'milk' hasn't given us any problems. I also use it to make cream sauces and in smoothies. It's been so nice not to have to run to the store for milk when we run out. We can make just what we need and not worry about waste.
Best powdered milk I have tried. Equal to real milk.

I thought that I have reviewed this before, but I don't see my review.
This is the best powered milk I have ever tried. I add attritional powder to the mixture, than refrigerate about 1/2 gallon at a time. It comes out at about the same price as regular milk, and tastes about the same. The difference is that you can store the powder for months. You can't do that with regular milk.
As for comparing this to other powdered milk, there is no comparison. This is much better. The only comparison to this is to real milk.
I add the correct amount, according to my estimate (I make the mixture stronger than the instructions call for). I add this to a blender. I add about 50% hot water, and blend. The blender adds air to the mixture. Than I add cold water to the mixture, and refrigerate it. The milk is good right after it is mixed, but it is better after it has refrigerated.

Shipping to Hawaii was easy and it's much less expensive than regular milk

Can't stand powdered, dry milk but this is better than regular. We have been using Morning Moo exclusively for years and we love it. It's even less expensive.
